Greek yogurt with grapefruit, strawberries, cacao nibs, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Wrap with turkey, tuna, abocado, kale salad, jalapeño, pickle and mustard 😊 Cabbage mix sautéed with power greens. added chicken breakfast sausage and egg whites.

Egg white omelet with turkey breast, veggies and herbs. Added some mustard and hot sauce on top. Having a couple sips of this coconut water Chicken thigh with mashed red potatoes Chicken breast sautéed with garlic cloves, cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots. Added some garlic sauce and kimchi hot sauce. On a bed of power greens with a couple peanuts on top.

Pre-Workout: Ate part of this banana Breakfast: Protein shake with the rest of the banana, frozen berries, super greens, cacao, flax seed, and cinnamon. Lunch: Turkey pieces with bacon, pickle, kale salad, jalapeño, tomato and mustard Dinner: Left over stew without the chicken thigh but with poached shrimp. The first pic is before I added water to make it a soup and the shrimp.

Pre workout concoction: Pineapple juice with ACV Breakfast: Bacon and boiled eggs with tapatío Lunch: Chicken Breast salad (pic of what I didn’t finish) Dinner: Ate the rest of my chicken salad *I went to bed quite early so I didn’t eat anything else.

Breakfast: an orange with Tajín Lunch: Tomato with sardines, salt, pepper and lime juice on top Snack: Beefs sticks with cucumber juice Dinner: Estofado de pollo (Peruvian inspired stew with an aji amarillo base. There is chicken thigh with potato peas and carrots. The second picture is of what I had left because I didn’t finish even though I wanted to 😓🙂.) Let me know what you guys think! Or if you have any recommendations.
