Low Fat, Low Carbs, High Protein Muffins

When you are on a diet, you usually want to stay away from sugar, high fats, and high carbs meals because they can jeopardize your results, and they can keep you away from losing weight faster...

Blah, blah, blah.. Yes, that is true, but you don't have to stay away from your favorite meals just because you are on a diet. Ohh Come on! Let's face it, we all love sweets, ME INCLUDED... You can still have some of your favorite desserts just by modifying the recipe with healthier alternatives.

And that's why i came up with this amazing, tasteful, delicious and chocolatey recipe for those craving days! Enjoy it!

Serves one person= 4 muffins


- 56g of Protein Pancakes (I used Flap Jacked)

- 1 scoop of protein powder (I used FitMiss Chai Vanilla)

- 2 tbsp of Unsweetened baking cocoa

- 1/4 tsp on baking powder

- 1 tsp of vanilla extract

- 2 tbsp of Xyla natural sweetener

- 1/2 cup of water

Mix all the dry ingredients together then add the half of cup of water and the vanilla extract and mix it all together. Finally add some baking spray to the muffin pan and pre heat the oven to 350F cook for 20 minutes or until is fully cooked. Enjoy guilt free!
